The Happiness Mantra

  Happiness is not just an emotion but a state of bring. You can be stressed, exhausted or in a situation but what matters is, what is you state of bring. State of bring is how you feel most of the time. There are events and will be events in life that take tall. The thing is address is, do they disturb our emotional balance. Here is my mantra of 3 things that can help change the state of bring to being “Happy”. The good thing this is all based on scientific proven research and not just my thoughts.
